At WIFI Dornbirn, I lead the HR courses and the content orientation of the HRM Nuggets, and give lectures on performance management and fair compensation systems.

At the Fernstudienzentrum Bregenz, I lead the writing workshops and job application training courses.

After several years in a management position at a travel agency, I gained experience in the industrial sector as a LeanSixSigma project manager. I was then responsible for the Compensation & Benefits department and also led international HR teams as HR manager for nearly 2,000 employees during my corporate career.

Since 2024, I have been working as a freelance management consultant, coach, and trainer, supporting organizations throughout the DACH region in rethinking HR processes, empowering people, and bringing focus to everyday work.
