New Paths Begin with New Thinking – My Journey to Unlearning
For years, I worked at the intersection of people, culture, and technology. I helped organizations use digital tools more effectively, streamline structures, and embrace change. Yet, time and again, I saw the same pattern: Transformation wasn’t failing because of the tools – it was failing because of rigid mindsets.
That’s when I realized: True transformation doesn’t start with new methods. It starts with new awareness. Not by adding more knowledge, but by having the courage to unlearn what no longer serves us.
Today, I guide individuals and organizations on this journey of conscious unlearning. I create spaces where new perspectives emerge, challenge routines, and ask the questions that open new paths. My approach is unconventional, inspiring, and always focused on the bigger picture.
My Background
Throughout my career, I have worked as a bridge builder—between the digital world and people, between structure and creativity, between strategy and intuitive insight.

- - For over five years, I have been leading my consulting company, IKENA, guiding international clients through transformation. IKENA—seeing the bigger picture—is not just a name; it’s a mindset that continues to shape my work today.
