Bio:

I graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka in 2010. Then, I joined the same university and worked as a temporary lecturer for 2 years. Then started my Masters degree at the University of Agder, Norway in the field of renewable energy and completed the degree in 2014. After returning to Sri Lanka, I served as a lecturer at my home university teaching electrical power systems-related modules. I joined the energy research center, FHV, Austria as a research assistant in 2018 and at the same time enrolled in the PhD program at the University of Agder, Norway. I earned my PhD in 2023 in energy management strategies for electric vehicle charging. I also worked on different projects at the research center closely related to my PhD research title. Currently I'm working as a Postdoc at FHV.
